I cannot say exact number but TDP will form government in Andhra with more than 100 MLA seats out of 175.
Congress will be reduced to single number (less than 10).

Some good sense prevailed on Naidu and he announced at 11:12 AM itself. Andhra Pradesh State's capital has been officially announced on 4th September 2014 at 11:12 AM in assembly by Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.If this state government celebrates its official formation date as 4th september from next year, then we can fix to this.

But still, AP will see 'real' development only after 2020.
TDP should remain in power for longer time as that party's horoscope is powerful from 2018 till 2034, and this can help state to develop quicker.

why the AP govt didn't object this agreement?

its great robbery on the part of maharastra govt and its a complete mischievous ignorance &political murder on the part of telengana. the illegal and un-authorised agreement for godavari water sharing between TG&MH govts ,ignoring the AP govt,which is also down stream partner... is un-constitutional and against the regulations of godavari tribunal.
