India upholds Sanatana Dharma, the Eternal Dharma of Cosmic knowledge and Self-realization. Has endured throughout the Ice Ages, many Manus and civilizations and all of history to our era and looks beyond to new Rishis and Yogis.
BUT WE HAVE NO EMPIRICAL DATA AS PER TODAY’S SCIENCE. WE
KNOW TODAY’S SCIENCE IS STILL IN NASCENT STAGE.
I will explain the pride and power of Bharath, what is already proved by various scientific tools. plz make your children read this and let them explore the truth behind the auspiciousness of our Land.
India possesses a rich and enduring history, a civilization
archaeologically confirmed at Rakhigarhi to extend back 9,000 years. The
Sanskrit language, prominent in the Saraswati-Sindhu Civilization (at least
4,000 years old), stands as a testament to this ancient heritage. While some
Indian epics describe astronomical events potentially dating back 12,000 years,
these claims require further rigorous scientific validation.
Historically, India exerted significant cultural influence across Asia despite not engaging in military expansionism. Evidence indicates active trade relations with Egypt and Rome nearly 2,000 years ago. India made substantial contributions to global knowledge, pioneering advancements in agriculture, irrigation, and construction techniques (including dams, cement, and steel).
Moreover, India developed sophisticated systems of mathematics
(including the number system, arithmetic, algebra, calculus, probability, and
set theory) and laid foundational groundwork for logic and traditional
nutrition science. Early advancements in surgery, internal medicine, and
vaccination also originated in India. These achievements attracted scholars
from across the globe, leading to the development of thriving metropolitan
centers.
The arrival of Islamic invaders marked a turning point.
Centuries of conflict and heavy taxation significantly weakened India, and the
destruction of universities led to a decline in knowledge production. Despite
fierce resistance, the invaders eventually extended their reach into Southern
India, culminating in the fall of the Vijaya nagara Empire due to strategic
miscalculations. Later, the Marathas learned some lessons from Vijaya nagara,
pioneered better gunnery war strategies and cavalry and gradually freed most of
India.
Subsequently, various European powers, initially seeking
trade, gained political influence. Exploiting existing divisions, the British
armed certain groups, fostering internal conflict. The Sepoy Mutiny of 1857 was
suppressed with the help of these groups, leading to disempowerment of certain
communities within the British Indian Army. Following World War II, widespread
revolts, including a naval mutiny in 1946, signaled the end of British rule.
However, before departing, the British partitioned India,
strategically undermining its economic prospects. For decades, India faced
economic challenges, a period often characterized by the disparaging term
"Hindu rate of growth."
In 2014, a shift occurred. India is now on track to become
one of the world's largest economies, reclaiming a position of economic
prominence that it held for much of its history. This resurgence reflects a
renewed determination to overcome historical challenges and realize India's
full potential.
Like our ancestors, we are proud of India and its wisdom.
Jai Bharat
