i wish,the history of our nation takes a turn for good, with your presence in the seat of PM. Mahatma gandhi and many stalwarts of our nation including abdul kalam ji proclaimed about gram swarajya'. In this context and out of eagerness,i submit my suggestions humbly for your kind consideration as follows.
1. commissioning of "mobile farm produce buying vehicle" manned with quality checking machine,smart phone to display the current market movements. this vehicle -(a lorry) can commute to the farm fields and there it self the person belonging to concerned authority can buy the produce after explaining the current market trends and govt's supporting price,etc... and make payment by check on the spot and enter the transaction details in the smart phone to send it to the district and state server.
it will prevent the hard hassles now faced by farmers at market yards.
2. construction of paddy&pulses storing granary(prefabricated using HD plastic or cement),mini cold storage kiosks in each and every village with the partnership of "village farmers commune" or NGO or in Public private partnership.
3. seed procurement at village level by "village farmers commune".
4.establishing the house or micro-industries in every village depending on the availability of resources- mills dealing with pulses,paddy,cotton,maize,jowar,millets,red chilly,coconut,etc...
5. Forming "village workers commune" in every village to be contacted by farmers,industrialists and NREGE for their work.
6. consider and study for the prospects to establish"PURA"s in every mandal/taluk.(Sri A.P.J.Abdul kalam ji's suggestion)
7.DWACRA, village workers commune and village farmers commune can amalgamate as one society to run microfinance,mutual benefit schemes and enter in to various types of insurances as group- crop,health,life,childrens education,disaster loss,etc...
8.commissioning of chain of mobile virtual labs for school&college students.
9. commissioning of healthcare on net (Mobi-health) -telemedicine- telediagnostics,teleinterpretation,teletreatment to facilitate right medicine in right time at the doorsteps of the people.
10.All PHC s must be manned by 3 MBBS doctors,1 Dentist, 1 AYUSH physician, 6 ANMs, 3 MPHW,x-ray technician,lab technician and 3 nurses and having storage facility for blood,essential medicines,vaccines and facilities for emergency resuscitation.
11. school children can participate/involve to get hands-on training in farm field work,post office,banks,hospitals,police stations,market yard,near by industries to develop awareness and aptitude.
12. the colleges near to villages, can monitor the parameters of village development and the collegiates can submit their monthly or quarterly reports to near by mandal or district authorities.
13.commissioning of renewable energy resources' in every village - solar,wind mill,biomass,tidal,biodiesel -depending on availability and cost index.
14.free distribution of LED bulbs to all households in village.free commissioning of capacitors and remote monitors using simple cheap feature phone for all agri pump sets.
15.using hydrophonics technology every village household can grow fodder crop in their houseyards.the govt can create the awareness and distribute the needy equipment at 50% subsidised cost.
16.Control and Regularise all statues (except of freedom fighters and renowned persons of yester era) erected in our country on or after 1975, by slapping Rs.1000/- per anum.
